Ingredients:
Corn flour 100g
Plain flour 250g
Yeast 3g
Boiling water 100g
Recipe milk 50g
One egg
Five pieces of red dates
Sugar 10g (optional)
Steps:
Adding 100g of boiling water to 100g corn flour and stirring until there is no dry powder or floc.
Adding the sugar and yeast to the recipe milk.
Beating an egg into a flocculent corn flower and pouring in plain flour. Then add recipe milk and mix until flocculen.
Mixing all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough, covering with cling film and leaving to rise over hot water for 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
Removing the core and chopping the red dates for later use.
Kneading the risen dough well and adding the chopped red dates.
After kneading well, rolling into long strips and cutting into steamed bread shapes. Then let rise for a second time in the pan for 15 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Tips:
The recipe milk can be replaced with milk and heated to warm before adding the sugar and yeast, which will melt more easily.
